Around & Out

The funny-shaped “backyard” hadn’t seen much action in a while; in fact, thanks to the occasional rain it had started to sprout some flora by the time our contractor came to lay down new rainwater and sewage pipes.

As planned, everything stayed mostly outside, from the back and through the garage, keeping the main house interior at bay. It was only a day-and-a-half job, but a vital one to tie up the loose ends for electricity in the garage. It also allows our electrician/plumber to start focusing on sinks and drains so that we join everything up.

The flora did try to have a say in the matter as, when I was inspecting the works, I brushed my leg against a lovely nettle leaf specimen, locally known as ħurrieq.

Can't wait to bury you in KONKOS.
